The boys basketball team won the game 65-45. “My thought process was just to get the win,” Fish said. “Thats the most important thing so that you can have fun afterward and not worry about, ‘I should’ve done this better.’”

Before the game against St. Joseph Central High School Oct. 13, the team gathered together to have Pixy Stix candy. Senior Shea Martin said that since her freshman year, the team would buy Pixy Stix so everyone would have energy in the dugout. “It’s been a tradition every year,” Martin said. “It gives an opportunity for the team to come together. Yes, we do team bonding all year long, but this is a big moment where we can get energy together and get each other hype before the game.”
