Prom Theme Unmasked

It’s that time of year again, prom. Prom is located at Bartle Hall and will be on April 27 at 8:00. The junior class officers and sponsors are in charge of the planning.

“We did the talent show to raise money,” said junior sponsor Callie Juhl. According to Juhl the talent show raised over $1,600.

The theme this year for the prom was student voted and is masquerade. Students are allowed to wear masks that aren’t attached to their face.

“I like the theme. I think it’s a good idea,” said junior Antonia Reek.

There will be a prom assembly the Friday before prom and tickets will be $25.

“I’m really excited about prom,” said junior class officer Ezie Nguyen. “We’ve all worked really hard on it.”

After Prom will be located at the school and is also masquerade themed, but it will take on more of a “Phantom of the Opera” theme.
