French Travels to DC

25 French Club students are preparing to go to Washington D.C. on April 5 through April 8.   “The students were able to choose between New York, Chicago, and Washington DC,” said French teacher Vicki Barmann. “All cities have incredible French art.”   The students will be chaperoned by Substitute Peggy Mosbacher, Principle Clark Mershon and Barmann.   “I’m honestly excited to see everything,” said sophomore Jessica Engel.   Throughout the trip they will see a variety of monuments, museums and other sites at the Nation’s Capitol. “I’m expecting to spend time with my favorite teacher, Mrs. Barmann, and learn a lot of history,” said French Club president Lindsey Needham.   French Club also plans on embarking on a ten-day trip to France during Spring Break of 2014.
