The art department’s Creative Design 3 class is finishing up their required client connect project. Two groups in the class named, “The MAAR” and “The Pearls” are working together to create an installation for Bell Prairie Elementary School. This installation is based on Earth Day and sustainability that centers around three subjects: seas, trees and bees.
“Save the seas, plant the tress and protect the bees, and it’s really just about teaching kids about sustainability and how their trash can be used to turn the world around,” junior Avery Smith said.
The students are installing their project at Bell Prairie this week so the elementary schoolers can learn and interact with their recycled art.
