The track and field team competed in the Class 5 District 8 Tournament Saturday with Taylor Tessman earning first place in discus with a with a throw of 37.86m. Jillian Taney earned 4th in the 100m dash and 3rd in the 200m dash. The girls 4×200 of Baker-Laster, Smith, Robinson-Harton and Prado took 4th. Embry Wazac earned 2nd in the 400m dash and 3rd in the 200m dash, and Cole McCart took 4th in the 400m dash. Audrey Richter earned 3rd in the 3200m run. Orryn Wright earned 4th in the 200m dash, and the girls 4x400m of Wansley, Baker-Laster, Perkins and Owens took 4th. The boys 4X400 of Holm, Meyer, Holsted and Wazac earned fourth.
