A: “Head wrestling coach”
Q: Do you know the size of the team?
A: “Low end 36, high end 50.”
Q: How are you preparing for the upcoming season?
A: “We lifted four days per week in the preseason. We wrestled one day a week, and several of the girls participated in TCW.”
Q: Is there something you’re looking forward to in particular about the upcoming season?
A: “I’m looking forward to how many girls have shown interest in wrestling, and it really turned on the corner right now with this many girls were bound to have success.”
Q: Do you have a favorite part of coaching?
A: “My favorite part of coaching is seeing kids who didn’t think they could achieve, achieve what they thought they couldn’t.”
Q: Is there any quote that you tell your students or certain mindset that you tried instill in them?
A: “It’s their responsibility to become good. No one can make them they have to make the decision to become good.”
