Student Council’s upcoming fundraiser has a whipped cream twist.
At the Diversity Assembly, students pied Diversity Leadership teacher Josh Lorenson, and now it’s StuCo’s turn to target a staff member. To raise money for Special Olympics, StuCo is giving the student body a chance to donate money and vote for a staff member to get a pie to the face at the winter assembly.
Students will need to bring cash to lunch next week to put in the jar for the staff member. StuCo sponsor McKay Lannigan said the goal is $1,000 or more in Special Olympics donations. The current teachers up for the flakey taking; give their opinion on who they think should get pied.
