Always put God first; get involved in clubs and activities sooner.

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

Committing to a school on a soccer scholarship.

What are your plans after graduating high school?

To attend Northwest Missouri State University and major in foods and nutrition and minor in coaching to become a sports dietitian.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My parents. They are the most hardworking, selfless, loving people that I know, and they value family like no other.

Best high school memory so far?

Winning the Smithville tournament and the Platte County tournament in the same year during high school soccer season.

What extracurricular and cocurricular activities are you involved in?

Emeralds Captain – two years, Staley Emeralds dance team – 4 years, Student Council – 4 years, Student Council Secretary – one year, Leadership – two years, Yearbook – one year, NHS, National English Honor Society, Entrepreneur Leadership Summit, Freshman Mentor Program, Diversity Council, Grease the Musical, and Priscilla and Dana’s school of dance competition team – 15 years.

What is one thing you would tell your freshmen self?

To have confidence, have grace, have fun, work hard and get involved! High school is a blast – enjoy every minute!

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

Zip lining over a canyon in Colorado and also learning to surf!

What are your plans after graduating high school?

To attend a four-year university and hopefully dance on a competitive dance team.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My mom is my biggest inspiration. She shows me every day how to be successful through hard work and commitment, and she has taught me the importance of kindness and inclusion.

Best high school memory so far?

Placing 5th in the nation with the Emeralds while leading the team as co-captain with my sister, Sofia.

What extracurricular and cocurricular activities are you involved in?

While being at Staley, I have been involved in track and field for 3 years, girls golf for 4 years, StuCo for 4 years, FBLA for 2 years, DECA for 1 year and STTV for 1 year.

What is one thing you would tell your freshmen self?

I would tell my freshman year self to stay on top of my schoolwork and to study for my tests so that I’m not stressed about my grades. I would also say to stay involved and try new things because it’s the best way to meet new people and make memories.

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

Traveling to California and learning my way around the city and hiking in the mountains and just trying new things while I was there.

What are your plans after graduating high school?

I plan to attend a 4-year university and get a bachelors degree in business and hopefully continue running track while I’m there.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

Both of my parents have been my biggest inspiration throughout my life. They are both the most hardworking and selfless people I know and are always there to support any decisions I make and a to make sure I never give up on my goals.

Best high school memory so far?

My favorite high school memory so far was going to state for track my junior year with my teammates and competing then placing 6th in state for our relay.

At School: Cheerleading, Band, National Honor Society, Falcon Mentor Program. Outside Of School: the Youth Symphony of Kansas City. “I play the flute in which next summer we’re going on a trip to New York to play at Carnegie Hall!”

What is one thing you would tell your freshmen self?

Not be shy. Don’t be afraid about people judging you, and lastly to always stay positive and kind when it gets hard because everything is going to work out.

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

Traveling with one of my best friends (Stella) out of the country where we went snorkeling, zip lining and hiked a volcano.

What are your plans after graduating high school?

To attend college and study journalism, education or marketing, but I haven’t quite decided yet.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My two aunts inspire me because they are very empowering and successful in life. Anytime I need something, they are always there to give me good advice on what to do and how to do it and always have a positive attitude. They have worked really hard to get to where they are today, and they are just amazing role models to look up to.

Best high school memory so far?

Definitely when I got the privilege to travel to Costa Rica with my best friend Stella during spring break of 2022. It was so fun, and I was able to do once-in-a-lifetime activities. Also, learning the different culture and being outside the United States was really eye opening and has made me a better person today.

What is one thing you would tell your freshmen self?

Don’t stress over the things you can’t control. Live in the moment, and make the best of every situation.

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

I visited Harvard and UPenn over the summer.

What are your plans after graduating high school?

My plans are to go to a four-year university and graduate with my bachelor’s degree in Business.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My sister, Brianna. She has gone through many health issues in the past couple years and has overcome it all while still pursuing her dreams.

Best high school memory so far?

My best high school memory so far is cheering at nationals my freshman year. I got to spend a week in Dallas and compete with my best friends. Even though we got last place, I had the time of my life. It is a trip I will always remember.

What extracurricular and cocurricular activities are you involved in?

I was involved in volleyball for 2 years, and tennis this year. I was a part of Diversity Council for 2 years and have been a member of our STTV News program for 2 years. This year I am going to help market and establish the “Soarbucks,” and I also host at a restaurant near downtown!

What is one thing you would tell your freshmen self?

Open up to new people sooner and don’t be afraid to get involved!

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

I’ve never been out of the country, but the closest I got was going to Hawaii.

What are your plans after graduating high school?

I plan to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and just explore what i’m interested in.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My mom because she tries her best every day to give me and my siblings the best life.

Best high school memory so far?

I loved being a part of MASC my freshman year. It was unbelievably fun, along with participating in some of the volleyball events we had during my first years of high school!

Do all the clubs and activities you can!! Be involved in more things!

Getting a job

What are your plans after graduating high school?

Go to college and major in astrophysics. After that, go to Vermont Environmental Law school and work for the Environmental Protection Agency.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My brother. He has been through so much in his life, and through it all he was still my best friend and supporter. I love him deeply for battling obstacles many have failed.

Best high school memory so far?

After school study dates with my friends at Starbucks!

What is one thing you would tell your freshmen self?

Put herself out there and try new things. Also to always be confident and don’t stress about the little things!

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

The best thing I have checked off my bucket list is traveling across and outside the country.

What are your plans after graduating high school?

I plan to attend Mizzou and study nursing.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My parents are definitely my biggest inspiration. They have shown me endless support throughout my life and everything that I have been involved in. I am very thankful for their love and advice they have given me over the years.

Best high school memory so far?

Going to state for basketball my sophomore year and all the games that led up to it. We were so close as a team, and it’s something that I will never forget.

What extracurricular and cocurricular activities are you involved in?

Girls wrestling, I work at T-shotz and CrossFit. I program after school weights for the girl wrestlers. I teach myself sign language when I have the free time, which is not often. Progress is slow, but I’ve been working on it for the past couple of years now.

What is one thing you would tell your freshmen self?

Worry about yourself and not others. It’s not a contest.

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

Exploring Lake Tahoe and the beautiful Napa Valley hills.

What are your plans after graduating high school?

To continue my wrestling career while studying forensic psychology in college.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

Brian Simpson. I feel lucky to have someone to look up to that is so encouraging and pushes my friends and I to get better. Constantly reminds us to work to accomplish our goals because they are reachable.

Best high school memory so far?

Becoming a district champ my junior year. But honestly, the real moment I look back to was my semifinals match at districts. Not because it put me into the finals, but because of my mentality before and during that match. I told myself what I was going to do and went out onto the mat and did it. I’ve never been more locked in and focused!

Sleep in every chance you get.

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

I saw a Broadway show in New York.

What are your plans after graduating high school?

Attend college at Mizzou.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My mom inspires me because she is so loving, and she’s a queen.

Best high school memory so far?

Mosh pitting with the soccer team in the locker room before games.

What is one thing you would tell your freshmen self?

Get involved. Your high school experience will be so much better if you get involved at school! Don’t stress, and be your true self.

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

Swimming with dolphins

What are your plans after graduating high school?

I will be attending Park University to play softball and major in elementary education.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My mom. She has shown me what it means to be a hardworking, strong and kind person.

Best high school memory so far?

All the football and basketball games, as well as the dances!

Varsity Golf, STTV, Orchestra, Girl Scouts

What is one thing you would tell your freshmen self?

I would tell her to stay involved with friends and school activities, but don’t forget the importance of keeping up with your assignments and school work. Although being involved in so many activities makes it harder for me to stay on track with my school work, I don’t regret staying involved and having the opportunity to succeed in golf and other extracurricular activities while having fun with my friends.

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

Over the past two years I have had the chance to visit more than 10 National Parks across the United States.

What are your plans after graduating high school?

I am planning on attending college on a golf scholarship. However, I am still undecided on my major.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

I definitely look up to my parents since they inspire me to continue to work hard!

Best high school memory so far?

This golf season has definitely my favorite memory so far since I have improved and made myself and coach proud!

What is one thing you would tell your freshmen self?

To have fun and enjoy these years while you can because they go by fast.

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

Surfing in Thailand

What are your plans after graduating high school?

I want to play lacrosse in college and maybe study abroad for a year in France.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My biggest inspiration is my dad. He had the kindest heart and always supported his community. He inspires me to push through the hard times and keep going.

Best high school memory so far?

Going to Costa Rica with my friends and teachers

It will all work out the way it’s supposed to. Don’t stress.

What is the best thing you’ve checked off your bucket list?

Winning a Grand State Championship title in cheerleading.

What are your plans after graduating high school?

To continue cheerleading at Lindenwood University and study forensic science.

Is there a person you know in real life who inspires you? Why?

My mom. She inspires me to be my best self every day and to be positive in stressful situations.

Best high school memory so far?

Cheering on the Falcons every Friday night.
