iPhone vs. Android

Now that Android is stepping up, the controversy over which phone has better appearance and better software has gone to a new level. Over the years, both companies have made new advances in their technology, making each of them equal to the other. The race to be the best has never been closer.

iPhone has always been number one, until recently, when Android came out with 4.0 in late 2011. The software is very customizable and lightweight and high tech. As Android continued to grow, the iPhone started becoming old and outdated.

Apple was able to make a come back by coming out with its latest software, iOS7. The new software is bright and vibrant with pastel colors and offers many new features.

The appearances between the two phones differ greatly. The iPhone is small and slim while Android phones are usually wider and thicker.  “I like how big the screen is and how light and slender the iPhone is,” says junior Trevor Lamb.

Although, iPhone and Android differ the two phones are constantly making advances in technology.  Ultimately, choosing between the two phones comes down to personal preference.
